We want you to love your SKIMS, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain items like underwear and opened shapewear are final sale.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are attached and hygiene liners remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
